We’re seeking an Estimator with strong TxDOT and municipal experience to support a growing pipeline of public‑sector and infrastructure work across North Texas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑volume estimating environment and still takes pride in detailed, well‑built bids.

• Estimate municipal, civil, and TxDOT projects including site work, concrete, paving, and public infrastructure.
• Prepare detailed takeoffs, subcontractor scopes, and competitive bids while coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate pricing and compliance with public standards.
• Manage multiple bids at once in a high‑throughput estimating environment.
• Solicit, level, and vet subcontractor pricing to ensure complete scope coverage.
• Support bid strategy, risk evaluation, and value engineering efforts.
• Work closely with preconstruction and operations through bid submission.

• 3+ years of estimating experience in TxDOT and municipal projects.
• Proven ability to estimate at volume without sacrificing detail.
• Strong understanding of utilities and MEP scopes, even if not self‑performed.
• Experience in the DFW / North Texas market preferred.

• Collaborative estimating team.
• High‑volume pipeline (~$100M in bids per month).
• Emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and repeatable processes.
