Superintendent- Underground Utilities

Our client is a nationally recognized leader in heavy civil construction, specializing in large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects. With decades of experience, we deliver complex underground utility installations, tunneling, and treatment plant work that supports communities and drives progress.

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in the Dallas Fort Worth area. This role is critical to ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Superintendent will oversee daily field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and maintain strong communication with project managers and clients.

• Direct and supervise all field activities for heavy civil and water infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate schedules, equipment, and materials to maintain project timelines.
• Manage and mentor field personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to specifications.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, preferably water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of underground utilities, tunneling, and large-diameter pipeline installation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the Dallas-Fort Worth region as needed.
