Our client, a leading mechanical contractor is seeking a Project Manager to support large-scale multifamily and commercial construction projects. This individual will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution related to schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities- Lead and manage multifamily and commercial mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion
- Develop project schedules, manpower plans, and execution strategies in collaboration with field and operations teams
- Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasting, billing, and cost tracking
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, equipment procurement, and material deliveries
- Conduct preconstruction and project planning meetings while driving accountability on action items
- Maintain communication with clients, field leadership, and internal stakeholders regarding project progress and challenges
- Review project reports and proactively identify solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives
- Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and project documentation
- Perform site visits, progress reviews, and quality inspections throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial mechanical construction
- Multifamily project experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of project financial management, scheduling, and construction operations
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills
- Experience coordinating with field operations, subcontractors, and ownership teams
