Job SummaryThe Project Manager oversees assigned projects from start to finish, working closely with superintendents to ensure successful execution. This role involves managing personnel, safety compliance, scheduling, budgeting, and communication across all phases of the project. The Project Manager plays a key role in aligning job progress with company goals, quality standards, and safety protocols.

- Ability to walk a job site and quickly assess needs, provide solutions, and guide crews.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.
- Skilled in multi‑tasking and prioritizing competing demands.
- Committed to upholding safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Positive attitude with a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Certificate or relevant training in construction or project management preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Roofing or Commercial Construction.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing crews or job sites.
- Minimum 5 years managing complex, multi‑phase projects.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards and job site safety requirements.
- Work is performed in both office and field environments.
- Frequent visits to active construction sites required.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and inclement weather.
- May require standing, walking, climbing ladders, or bending for extended periods.
- Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) while on job sites.
- May be required to work extended hours, weekends, or evenings depending on project needs.
- Must be able to drive to multiple project locations as needed.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25–50 lbs. may be necessary.
