Electrical Estimator – Commercial & Healthcare Construction

• Full estimating responsibility for ground‑up commercial buildings, hospitals, medical campuses, tenant improvements, and major renovations
• Deep‑dive takeoffs for lighting, power, distribution, gear, feeders, branch, and specialty systems
• Reviewing drawings, specs, addenda, and RFIs to build complete, accurate scopes
• Partnering with PMs, engineers, and field leaders to validate labor, constructability, and production rates
• Working directly with vendors and subs to secure sharp pricing and complete scopes
• Supporting a clean handoff to operations so the field team hits the ground running

• 3+ years of electrical estimating experience with a commercial electrical contractor
• Strong understanding of NEC, electrical systems, installation methods, and construction sequencing
• Experience estimating commercial, healthcare, or institutional electrical projects
• Proficiency with estimating software (Accubid, McCormick, Con Est, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple bids without losing accuracy or momentum
