Construction Estimator

We are a site development and heavy civil contractor delivering self-performed concrete and structural solutions for public and private projects. Our work spans TxDOT, municipal, commercial, and multi-family developments across the DFW area and the broader Southeast.

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a background in hardscape/masonry construction to support a high-volume construction team. This role is focused on preparing accurate, buildable estimates for projects that may include concrete flatwork, retaining walls, masonry, hardscape features, grading, plantings, irrigation, and site amenities. Depending on background, the estimator may focus more heavily on either the hardscape/masonry side or the landscape construction side.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing plans and specifications and performing detailed quantity takeoffs
• Estimating labor-driven, self-perform scopes and coordinating subcontractor pricing as needed
• Preparing competitive bids and supporting preconstruction efforts
• Working closely with operations to ensure estimates align with field execution

Ideal background:

• Estimating experience in hardscape/masonry or landscape construction
• Strong plan-reading and takeoff skills
• Familiarity with labor production rates, materials, and construction sequencing
