Responsibilities- Participate in sales efforts to existing and new clients, with Leadership Team
- Manage the client’s expectations from inception to completion
- Enforce company wide construction standards
- Research and maintain knowledge of building application methods and materials
- Provide oversight and support to construction project team
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure that designs comply with client expectations
- Review and approve subcontractor selection
- Manage client contract, change orders, and payments, in association with project managers
- Oversee and approve construction budgets and schedules
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress
- Act as a main point of contact for high level client communication
- Develop and review contract documents with client
- Participate in client meetings
- Understand client needs and requirements
- Provide expert advice and solutions
- Act as a mentor to junior Project Managers
- Network and consult with industry professionals
- High School Diploma
- At least 5-10 years of relevant experience with managing commercial construction projects from kick off through completion
- Hands on experience with Procore
- Proficiency with applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be a team player with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel within the continental US, including overnight trips
