Austin Bridge & Road is seeking an Asphalt General Foreman to lead dirt crews on heavy civil construction projects in North Texas. This role oversees scheduling, crew supervision, logistics, and safety while ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has experience managing asphalt or dirt crews and thrives in fast-paced outdoor environments. This is a leadership opportunity with a 100% employee-owned construction company.

- 3+ years managing dirt crews on heavy civil projects
- Experience supervising construction crews
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA 10 certification
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Rigging, flagging, fall protection, trench excavation, and manlift training
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Experience using HCSS Heavy Job (tablet-based software)
