Construction Manager MEP

About the Role

Crusoe is at the forefront of expanding hyperscale AI data center infrastructure, Texas and beyond. We have an opportunity for motivated construction professionals to lead generational construction projects that support our country’s efforts to remain the global leader in AI technology. As an MEP Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced infrastructure projects, ensuring that our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are executed with precision, meeting the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Supervise on‑site construction activities for direct hires and subcontractors, ensuring projects meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Ensure all MEP systems are installed on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codes.
• Perform inspections on materials, equipment, and construction/installation deliveries to ensure compliance with project requirements and approved designs.
• Develop and implement execution plans, including detailed schedules and logistics.
• Conduct quality control inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning efforts.
• Travel as needed (up to 50%) to oversee multiple project sites.

• 5+ years of field experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with a deep understanding of industry codes and standards.
• Experience overseeing large‑scale base building projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and ambitious goals.
• Skill in building strong, productive relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive project success.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and juggle schedules, budgets, and project details.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a mission‑driven company focused on sustainable, AI‑first cloud infrastructure.

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $136,125 – $165,000 plus bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation will be determined by the applicant’s knowledge, education, abilities, internal equity, and market alignment.
