- Managing client relationships and representing the company professionally throughout the project lifecycle
- Leading OAC meetings, subcontractor meetings, and internal project reviews
- Tracking project financials, forecasting, cost reports, billing, and buyout
- Identifying project risks early and putting solutions in place before they impact schedule or budget
- Supporting Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and junior project staff where needed
Driving projects to successful completion while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Strong background delivering commercial, retail, grocery or similar ground-up projects

- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, procurement, change management, and client communication
- Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Experience working closely with field teams and Superintendents
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Hybrid work flexibility
- Project-based discretionary bonuses
- ESOP / employee ownership
- 401(k)
- Mileage reimbursement for longer commutes / project travel
- Paid time off
- Long-term career progression
- No out-of-state travel or relocation required
- Join a newer Texas-focused GC division backed by an established national contractor
- Work on local Texas projects without being pushed into national travel
