Estimator Trainee

A growing national construction services company is looking for a motivated Trainee Construction Estimator to join its Dallas area team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with numbers, and wants to learn a valuable skill.
No estimating experience is required. They will train the right person.

• Learn how to review construction drawings and project specifications.
• Assist with preparing project estimates and proposals.
• Work alongside experienced estimators and project managers.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Help support commercial construction projects from bid through completion.

• Construction industry experience is helpful but not required. This includes painting, roofing, flooring, concrete, landscaping, general contracting, building materials, warehouse, or other related industries.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and a team first mindset.

• Full training. No estimating experience required.
• Competitive salary of $50,000 to $60,000.
