ABOUT

THE ROLE

As a Concrete Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of self‑perform concrete packages. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from pre‑construction planning to final project closeout.

RESPONSIBILITIES Pre-Construction:
  • Review project plans and specifications to identify potential challenges and develop effective strategies.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Procure necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
Construction:
  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage project teams, including subcontractors, to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and compliance with project specifications.
Post-Construction:
  • Coordinate project closeout activities, including final inspections, punch list completion, and documentation.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in concrete construction, with a strong focus on high‑rise commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including experience managing complex projects.
  • In‑depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore or Primavera.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • OSHA 30‑Hour Construction Safety Certification.
