Senior Estimator

We're currently partnered with a well-established commercial general contractor that is looking to add a Senior Level Estimator to its growing Dallas team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced estimator looking to step into a leadership role, oversee the estimating department, and play a key part in the company's continued growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background estimating commercial interior renovation and tenant improvement projects, while also enjoying the opportunity to mentor others and help shape estimating operations.

• Lead the estimating team while managing multiple bids from concept through award
• Prepare conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals
• Review plans and specifications, identify project risks, and develop value engineering opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients
• Mentor junior estimators and help establish estimating processes and best practices
• Partner closely with project management and operations to ensure successful project turnover

• 8+ years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor
• Strong background estimating commercial interior renovation and tenant improvement projects
• Experience leading estimates independently and overseeing junior estimators or estimating teams
• Proficient with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Procore, Microsoft Office, and estimating software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
