The Senior Cost Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all cost‑related aspects of the project. This includes estimating costs, budgeting, and ensuring that the project remains on budget throughout its lifecycle. The Senior Cost Manager will work closely with the Client, Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents and Subcontractors to ensure accurate cost reporting and control.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years’ experience in operations and cost management within the construction industry
  • 7+ years' experience in change order management
  • 7+ years' experience in sub‑contractor cost management
  • Procore cost systems experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 10 years prior relevant experience
  • 1+ years' experience in Procore
