whocanguidefieldteams,coordinatedailyconstructionactivities,upholdsafetyandqualitystandards,andkeepprojectsmovingefficientlyfromstarttofinish.
- Readandinterpretblueprintsinsideofprojectmanagementsoftwareandspecificationstoplanconstructionactivities
- Estimatelaborandmaterialneedsforprojectcompletion
- Supervise,schedule,andcoordinateconstructioncrewsanddailyoperations
- Collaboratewithmanagerialpersonnel,other departments,orcontractorstoresolveissues
- Overseeworkflowandensurealignmentwithoverallprojecttimelines
- Orderandmanagematerials,supplies,and equipment
- Markandverifysitelocationsforstructuresandinstallations
- Maintainaccuraterecordsofpersonnel,production,andoperationaldata
- Assigntasksbasedonprojectrequirementsandworkforcecapacity
- Supportfieldcrewsandassistwithhands-onconstructiontasksasneeded
- Trainemployeesonconstructionmethods,equipment use,andsafetystandards
- Coordinateequipmentrepairsandmaintenance
- Inspectworksitestoensuresafety,quality,andcompliancewithspecifications
- Operateheavyequipmentsuchasexcavators,skid steers,etc.
- Ahighschooldiplomaorequivalentisrequired.
- Understandconstructionpractices,playgroundinstallationstandards,andjobsitesafetyregulations,alongwiththeabilitytoreadblueprintsandplanworkeffectively
- Mustbeabletocoordinateandsupervisecrewactivities,estimatelaborandmaterialneeds,andcommunicateclearlywithmanagers,contractors,and inspectors
- Maintainaccurateprojectrecords,arrangingequipmentrepairs,andensuringallworkmeetssafetyrequirementsandprojectspecifications
- Fluencyin English and Spanishisrequired
- Plumbingbackgroundpreferred
