Congruex in Dallas seeks a Foreman to supervise field crews, ensure safe, accurate, timely work, and uphold quality across projects. You will coordinate walkouts, manage onsite teams, and communicate with project managers and clients to drive results.
This traveling role requires multi-week rotations with per diem. Candidates should have OSHA 30, CDL, DOT Medical Card, and a track record of heavy civil/telecom construction, blueprints literacy, and strong leadership.
