Salary: $120,000 - $125,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler for our construction team. The scheduler will focus on Data Centers and Hospitals, planning, scheduling, and coordinating high‑profile projects using Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for all administrative tasks and sites.
  • Coordinate with project managers and leads to gather accurate schedule updates.
  • Identify project milestones and incorporate them into the schedule.
  • Analyze project schedules and provide status reports to the project team.
  • Monitor and continually review the schedule to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide forecasts and schedule updates as required.
  • Utilize Primavera P6 for all scheduling tasks.
  • Coordinate with all project stakeholders to gather and confirm schedule details.
  • Proactively identify potential schedule impacts and propose solutions to maintain timelines.
  • Assist in the development of project proposals and bids as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, specifically with Data Centers and Hospitals.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, including planning, design, procurement, and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving under pressure.
  • Ability to present complex schedule information simply.
  • Knowledge of project management best‑practice methodologies.
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification (preferred).
