We’re currently partnering with a nationally recognized general contractor that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has a strong background managing large-scale ground‑up commercial construction projects ranging from $20M to several hundred million dollars.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading projects from preconstruction through closeout while working closely with owners, architects, field teams, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of ground‑up construction projects from inception through completion
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
  • Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule expectations are met
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, Estimators, Owners, and Design Teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
  • Drive project execution while proactively identifying and resolving issues
Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Experience managing ground‑up projects valued at $20M+
  • Background with large commercial, mission critical, healthcare, higher education, industrial, mixed‑use, or corporate projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and construction operations
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced environments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
