As a Waterproofing Sales Estimator
, you will oversee all aspects of the bidding, estimating and selling of a new project. Tasks include preconstruction services such as salesmanship, estimating, pricing, takeoff, follow‑ups, client relations, analyzing drawings, specifications and addenda’s, project handoff meetings, subcontract review and other preconstruction services required. The Waterproofing Sales Estimator will need to bid multiple projects at one time using Alpha’s proven sales/estimating system & model.

- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance; must meet insurability standards.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university (preferred)
- 2 years experience as a superintendent, project manager, or estimator in the commercial construction industry preferred. Division 7 experience preferred, but not required.
- Team player, go‑gettor, analytical, people person
