Metric Geo is seeking an accomplished estimations leader to guide our heavy civil team on highway, bridge, earthwork and site development projects. You will mentor estimators, oversee detailed cost estimates from concept through final bid, and drive standardized estimating processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
You will build strong subcontractor relationships, lead bid reviews, assess risks and market conditions, and provide preconstruction input to support go/no-go decisions.
