Responsibilities
You will be the main supervisor for all field operations on site. In this important and demanding role, you and the Project Manager will ensure that all team members—including trade partners, clients, architects, and other stakeholders—are kept up to date with consistent communication.
- Supervise all field operations for the project.
- Coordinate with PM in early identification of problem areas that affect project quality.
- Establish subcontractor performance schedules.
- Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees.
You have 7–10 years’ experience with $10 M projects and ground‑up expertise in Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mission Critical sectors
.
