Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical Construction

Location: Nationwide Travel (Project-Based)

Compensation: Up to $250,000 Base + Performance Bonus + Full GSA Per Diem

Our client is a well-established general contractor specialising in mission-critical construction across the United States. They have built a strong reputation for delivering technically complex projects for some of the industry's most recognised owners and developers and continue to secure repeat business across multiple regions.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale mission-critical projects.

This is an opportunity to join a business with a long-term pipeline of work and play a key role in delivering complex mission-critical projects from preconstruction through to completion.

The successful candidate will have full responsibility for project execution, commercial performance, client relationships and the leadership of project teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Take ownership of project safety, quality, schedule and financial performance.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting and change management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents and Project Engineers.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management and contract administration.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain programme and budget objectives.
• Coordinate closely with design teams, trade partners and commissioning teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on project performance, milestones and financials.
• Ensure all work is delivered in accordance with company standards, contractual requirements and client expectations.

• 10+ years' experience delivering large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projects.
• Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and critical infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication and commercial management skills.
• Ability to travel nationally as required.
