Superintendent – Mission Critical / Data Center Construction

• Seeking an experienced and outstanding Superintendent and a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale hyperscale data center and mission critical projects.

• Lead all field operations across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and specialty trade scopes.
• Manage subcontractors, safety, schedule, manpower, logistics, and quality execution.
• Drive project sequencing, pull planning, and recovery strategies to maintain milestones.
• Coordinate inspections, commissioning support, turnover activities, and owner readiness.
• Maintain communication with project leadership, owners, design teams, and trade partners.

• 5+ years of Superintendent leadership experience.
• Experience with data centers, mission critical, industrial, or complex commercial projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
• Experience managing multiple trades in fast-paced construction environments.
