Purchasing Coordinator

The Firm:

We are working with a Dallas-based custom home builder with over a decade of experience delivering classically designed residence across Dallas/Fort Worth market. They have built over 300 homes across Texas and have expanded into the build-to-rent luxury home market.

This is a hands-on, office-based purchasing role supporting all active builds from pre-construction through closeout. You will be responsible for sourcing and managing trade partners and material vendors, ensuring competitive pricing, maintaining cost accuracy and keeping projects on schedule. You will also supervise one other person in the department.

• 3+ years of purchasing experience specifically within residential construction, custom or mid-size home builder preferred
• Strong existing relationships with DFW subcontractors and material vendors
• Must be based in the Dallas/Fort Worth market
• Comfortable supervising another team member
• Builder Trend preferred
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
• Strong communicator with internal team members, trades and suppliers
