Regulatory Compliance Specialist
M&J is seeking Office Engineers to maintain project documentation including RFIs, shop drawings, change submittals, meeting minutes, correspondence, and contract records.

- Maintain project documentation including RFIs, shop drawings, change submittals, meeting minutes, correspondence, and contract records.
- Track contractor submittals and shop drawings and coordinate review with project staff and TxDOT personnel.
- Maintain quantity tracking logs and documentation for progress payment estimates in TxDOT Site Manager.
- Preparation and documentation of change orders and force account work.
- Maintain document control systems and electronic project files in accordance with TxDOT documentation requirements.
- Prepare meeting minutes for progress meetings, coordination meetings, and partnering meetings.
- Preparation of monthly progress reports and project status reports required by TxDOT.
- Support project staff with contract administration documentation, records management, and contractor correspondence.
- Coordinate, prepare and maintain documentation and activities related to materials testing.
- Assist with preparation of contractor performance evaluations and project closeout documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction documentation or project administration.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
- NICET Level II or III certification.
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Training.
- Experience with TxDOT Site Manager or similar DOT documentation systems.
