Senior Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with expertise in ground-up commercial construction and high-end interior renovations. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, analyzing project information, and developing accurate, well-supported cost estimates.

The successful candidate is highly analytical, values facts and data over assumptions, and takes ownership of delivering reliable project estimates in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and validate pricing with a high degree of accuracy
• Identify project risks, scope gaps, and constructability considerations
• Develop estimates while managing evolving project requirements, changing priorities, and tight deadlines
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure estimates are complete, accurate, and competitive
• Maintain and utilize historical cost data to support future estimating efforts

• 8–10 years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Experience with both ground-up construction and interior renovation projects preferred
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing strategies

• Analytical problem-solver with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working with plans, specifications, data, and estimating systems
• Strong communication skills with a preference for clarity, logic, and fact-based decision-making
• Ability to challenge assumptions and verify information before reaching conclusions
