Secure Volts specializes in customized electrical projects, including guest room lighting, panel upgrades, EV charging stations, and large‑scale renovations. Every project is completed with attention to detail and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

The Safety Coordinator is a full‑time, hybrid role based in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring safety programs and procedures across electrical projects in hotel and commercial environments. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting site inspections, supporting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The Safety Coordinator will develop and deliver safety training, document and investigate incidents and near misses, and collaborate with project managers and electricians to implement corrective and preventive actions.

The role also involves maintaining safety records, assisting with regulatory reporting, and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

• Strong foundation in Health & Safety and Occupational Health, with the ability to apply best practices in commercial and hospitality electrical environments.
• Experience with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) programs, including regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and safety policy development.
• Skills in Safety Training design and delivery, including toolbox talks, onboarding, and ongoing safety education for field and office teams.
• Proficiency in Accident Investigation, incident reporting, and root cause analysis to recommend effective corrective actions.
• Knowledge of relevant OSHA and local safety regulations; safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, CSP, CHST) are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site at customer locations across the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow‑through. Fluent Spanish and English would be an asset.
• Experience in construction, electrical contracting, or facilities management is beneficial.
