Senior Project Manager

Our client is a well-established General Contractor with an excellent reputation across the DFW market, delivering high-quality ground-up commercial projects throughout North Texas. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to their team.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relationships.
• Oversee Project Managers, Project Engineers and project teams, providing leadership and mentorship.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants and field operations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review contracts, manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and procurement.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial projects in the DFW market.
• Strong background across K-12, Higher Education, Municipal and Government projects.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration and cost control.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office is preferred.
