Lead the construction of some of the nation's largest renewable energy projects.

AUI Partners is seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to oversee field operations on utility‑scale solar EPC projects across the United States. If you're a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑paced construction environments, takes pride in delivering projects safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, leading crews, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety and quality standards, solving field challenges, and partnering with project management to ensure successful project delivery from mobilization through closeout.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale construction projects (renewable energy experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • The ability to manage schedules, production, quality, and safety simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel and work 100% on‑site at project locations

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid drivers license and unexpired personal auto insurance
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as Project Superintendent within Renewable Energy or equivalent
  • Mechanical knowledge and experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Able to read and understand blueprints and drawings
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms and conditions
  • Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this job
