  • Own equipment company managing batch plant, laser screeds, and full fleet
  • Work-life balance is a priority - we respect your time outside of work

What You'll Do

  • Manage owner billing (AR) and subcontractor invoice coding (AP)
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Superintendent
  • Conduct OAC meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and manage client relationships
  • Monitor job cost reports, forecast project performance, and report to leadership
  • Coordinate with Estimating and Preconstruction on bid scope and value engineering opportunities
  • Ensure all work is executed in compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of project management experience with a commercial concrete subcontractor - tilt-up experience required
  • Technical expertise in tilt-up panel construction with the ability to communicate clearly to field staff
  • Hands-on tilt-up panel experience - panel layout, pour sequence, brace design, and erection coordination
  • Strong understanding of concrete mix designs, spec requirements, and quality control
  • Proficiency with OST (On-Screen Takeoff), Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Office 365
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client-facing skills
  • GC-side candidates with strong tilt-up experience will be considered
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred - equivalent experience considered

Compensation & Benefits

  • Above-market base salary commensurate with experience
  • Annual discretionary bonus tied to the success of the Texas operation
  • Excellent coverage options with minimal out-of-pocket cost
  • 401k with company match
  • Vehicle allowance + gas card
  • Cell phone and laptop provided
  • PTO competitive and negotiable
  • Formal training program and mentor/mentee program for professional development
