You will manage vendor and specialty subcontractor buyout, oversee submittals, change orders, and client relationships to deliver on-time, on-budget facilities.
With 5+ years of PM experience in tilt-up, you will coordinate schedules with the superintendent, monitor costs, and coordinate with estimating on bid scope.
