Senior Production Manager, Residential Construction

Why Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity?

At Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity, we believe everyone deserves a safe, affordable place to call home. Every home we build represents more than lumber and concrete—it creates stability for families, strengthens neighborhoods, and provides opportunities that last for generations.

For nearly 40 years, Dallas Area Habitat has partnered with families, volunteers, donors, and community leaders to make affordable home ownership a reality. Our construction team plays a vital role in that mission by building quality homes while creating meaningful volunteer experiences and lasting community impact.

If you’re an experienced construction leader who thrives on developing people, improving operations, and delivering exceptional projects that change lives, we invite you to join our team.

The Opportunity

The Senior Production Manager is a key leader within Dallas Area Habitat’s Construction Department, responsible for overseeing the successful execution of our residential homebuilding portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President of Construction, this position provides operational leadership across multiple concurrent construction projects while leading and developing Project Managers, Site Managers, field staff, volunteers, subcontractors, and construction partners.

This role is responsible for ensuring homes are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Habitat quality standards while driving continuous improvement in construction operations, production planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. The Senior Production Manager serves as both a strategic leader and hands‑on construction professional, helping Dallas Area Habitat achieve its annual homebuilding goals while supporting the organization’s long‑term growth.
