Senior Superintendent

We're partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor that's looking to add a Senior Superintendent to its growing field leadership team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion on large-scale ground-up projects.
• Mentor and manage Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Drive project schedules while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate daily operations with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Oversee inspections, quality control, punch lists, and project turnover while proactively resolving field challenges.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years in a Lead or Senior Superintendent role.
• Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial projects valued at $30M+.
• Background in healthcare, higher education, commercial, life sciences, or hospitality construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large field teams, multiple subcontractors, and complex project schedules.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software.
• A hands-on leader who takes pride in building high-quality projects while developing strong relationships with clients and project teams.
