Up to $85,000 base salary, plus bonus, benefits, and long-term career progression
Blayze Group is partnering with an established commercial general contractor seeking a Project Engineer or Field Engineer to join its Dallas team.
The successful candidate will initially support the completion of an active commercial project in Austin for approximately 5 months before returning to a long-term Dallas-based position.
The Role- Support the delivery and closeout of a commercial construction project
- Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, architects, engineers, and project leadership
- Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement tracking, project documentation, and closeout items
- Assist with QA/QC, site inspections, schedules, daily reporting, and field coordination
- Transition into future commercial projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth market
- Minimum 2 years of US construction experience
- Current Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar experience with a commercial general contractor
- Experience supporting ground-up or major commercial construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Construction Engineering, or a closely related construction discipline
- Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and field operations
- Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software experience
- Willingness to work on a project in Austin for approximately 5 months before returning to Dallas
- Must already be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
