Senior Superintendent – Electrical Construction (Data Centers)

Lead the delivery of some of the largest data center projects in the United States.

We're partnering with one of Texas' leading electrical contractors to appoint an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to oversee major mission critical electrical construction projects in Texas.

As a Senior Electrical Superintendent, you'll be responsible for leading all on-site electrical construction activities from mobilisation through to commissioning.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, field leadership, clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading field operations on electrical construction projects.
• Managing and developing Superintendents, Foremen and field teams.
• Driving project safety, quality and productivity.
• Coordinating labour planning, sequencing and subcontractor activities.
• Managing project schedules and resolving site challenges.
• Building strong relationships with clients, trade partners and project stakeholders.
• Supporting successful commissioning and project close-out.

Please only apply if you meet most of the following criteria:

• 10+ years' experience supervising electrical construction projects.
• Current or previous experience working for an electrical contractor.
• Experience leading electrical projects valued at $20M+.
• Experience with in data centers, mission critical, or large-scale commercial construction

• Strong leadership and field management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical construction methods, safety standards and project execution.
• Eligible to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Willing to relocate to Texas if not already based there.

• Base salary of $160,000-$200,000
