Construction Manager - Water/Wastewater
AECOM is actively seeking a Construction Manager with Utility Infrastructure and Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant experience for employment in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. In this role you'll have the opportunity to work on Water projects that improve and enhance the local communities water supply. Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Valid US Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ten years of progressively challenging experience on major construction projects performing Construction Management. Construction management experience working on water and/or wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, storage facilities, and conveyance pipelines.
- Construction Management experience on projects valued at $50M and greater.
- Must have demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers to prepare reports using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Proven excellent working knowledge of construction scheduling including experience with P6.
- Experience in Project Management Information System (PMIS) and Construction Management Information System (CMIS) software applications and processes.
- Familiarity and/or experience in Alternative Delivery, including CMAR or Design-Build delivery models.
- Demonstrated highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven as excellent leader with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in/for municipal agencies or utility infrastructure organizations.
