btain additional certifications on the company's dime to advance toward Senior Building Inspector or Building Official roles - High-Impact Work: Play a key role in ensuring construction quality and safety across projects
- Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards
- Review project documents, attend pre-construction meetings, and coordinate with contractors and local authorities
- Maintain detailed records and prepare timely, professional reports
- Address questions and concerns from clients and contractors, providing expert guidance
- Participate in training and company initiatives
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building inspections
- Current ICC certifications
; TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required in Texas - Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety standards
- Skilled in reading and interpreting construction plans
- Organized record-keeping and willingness to learn new inspection software
