Project Manager – Commercial Construction (Restaurant | Retail | Entertainment)

Dallas, TX | $110,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

Are you a Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced commercial construction and enjoys bringing high-profile restaurant, retail, and entertainment projects to life?

A nationally recognised commercial General Contractor with an outstanding reputation for quality, client service, and repeat business is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its growing team. With over three decades of success, this contractor has built a culture centred around integrity, collaboration, innovation, and delivering exceptional projects across the country.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead commercial construction projects from award through final turnover.
  • Manage both ground-up developments and renovation/tenant improvement projects
    .
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Drive quality, safety, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with field teams, design consultants, and ownership groups to ensure successful delivery.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships that generate repeat business.
What We're Looking For
  • 5-10 years' experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor.
  • Proven experience delivering restaurant, retail, entertainment, or hospitality projects.
  • Experience managing projects ranging from $500K to $50M
    .
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
