• Lead and mentor the preconstruction team.
• Own conceptual estimating, budgeting, value engineering, and design-phase collaboration.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and key trade partners.
• Develop preconstruction strategies that help clients make informed decisions early.
• Partner closely with operations to ensure seamless project transitions.
• Help shape the future growth of the department and continue building an already outstanding reputation.

• 10+ years of commercial construction preconstruction/estimating experience with a reputable general contractor.
• Proven success leading large commercial projects from conceptual budgeting through GMP.
• Strong experience with private-sector clients.
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop others.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Someone who leads with humility, accountability, and common sense.
• Existing trade partner relationships
