Some companies chase volume. Others chase relationships.
We're representing a highly respected Texas commercial general contractor that has quietly built one of the strongest reputations in DFW. They aren't the biggest builder in the market—and they don't try to be. Their business is built on repeat private clients, long-term relationships, and doing what they say they're going to do.

This is an opportunity for someone who still enjoys being close to the work while also mentoring people, building client relationships, and influencing the direction of the business. You'll work alongside an executive team that is well-known for treating both employees and trade partners the right way. The culture is blue-collar, humble, collaborative, and free of unnecessary politics.

- Own conceptual estimating, budgeting, value engineering, and design-phase collaboration.
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and key trade partners.
- Develop preconstruction strategies that help clients make informed decisions early.
- Partner closely with operations to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Help shape the future growth of the department and continue building an already outstanding reputation.
