Field Engineer Intern – Summer 2027 Ragle, Inc. | Dallas/Fort Worth Heavy Highway Division

Are you ready to kickstart your career in civil engineering and heavy highway construction? Since 1993, Ragle, Inc. has been building highways, bridges, and more across Indiana, Kentucky, Texas, and Illinois. We’re a family-owned company that values teamwork, innovation, and professional growth—and we’re looking for motivated students to join our Summer 2027 Project Engineer Internship!

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with contract administration and subcontractor management
  • Help prepare and review change orders
  • Learn job cost reporting and project analysis
  • Contribute to work plans, schedules, and resource planning
  • Participate in project meetings and team coordination
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and safety policies
Who We’re Looking For
  • Current student pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology
  • Some related experience is helpful (coursework or previous internships)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Goal-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn
