A leading hyperscale data center developer is seeking Sr/Development Project Managers to lead design, preconstruction, and construction delivery across large-scale mission critical campus projects. This role manages budgets, schedules, contractors, vendors, commissioning, procurement, and stakeholder coordination from planning through turnover.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multi-phase data center construction projects across active campuses
- Leading contractor, design, MEP, and commissioning coordination
- Overseeing budgets, schedules, change orders, procurement, and reporting
- Supporting permitting, due diligence, executive updates, and operational readiness
Ideal background:
- 5+ years in commercial or mission critical construction/project management
- Strong experience with data centers, MEP infrastructure, or large-scale construction delivery
- Experience managing GCs, vendors, schedules, budgets, and client/stakeholder communication
- Familiarity with Design Build, CMAR, or Lump Sum delivery models and mission critical environments
