HITT Contracting is seeking a Commercial Construction Foreman to supervise trades and projects on commercial construction sites. You will perform carpentry, painting, and related labor while coordinating with subcontractors to ensure safety and quality. The role requires reading drawings, planning scope, and maintaining a clean, safe job site.
The Foreman will report to site/operations leadership and may work day or night shifts, with overtime as needed, across Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas.
