Custom Home Project Manager
A well-established luxury custom home builder in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This role will focus on managing high-end custom residential projects up to $10M, working closely with ownership, architects, designers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.
This is an in-office Project Manager position that plays a key role in coordinating preconstruction and construction operations while supporting field teams throughout the build process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle for luxury custom homes from preconstruction through closeout
- Work closely with owners, architects, designers, and high-net-worth clients throughout the project
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and job cost tracking
- Oversee subcontractor bidding, contract negotiations, and procurement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in residential construction
- Experience managing custom or luxury homes ($2M–$10M+) preferred
- Strong understanding of construction budgets, scheduling, and purchasing
- Ability to work closely with clients, architects, and trade partners
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience with construction management software (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar) is a plus
