A leading national design-build general contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help lead major mission-critical, data center, advanced technology, and complex industrial construction projects
.
This position is designed for an experienced construction leader capable of managing significant project scopes, developing project teams, and serving as a trusted partner to owners, design teams, field leadership, and trade partners.
Responsibilities- Provide overall project leadership from planning through closeout
- Lead financial management, forecasting, procurement, contracts, change management, and schedule strategy
- Manage and develop PMs, APMs, Project Engineers, and project support personnel
- Partner closely with Superintendent and field leadership
- Lead owner and design-team communication
- Identify project risk and drive solutions before issues impact cost or schedule
- Support the development of future project leaders
- Significant commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or advanced-technology construction experience
- Proven leadership of large or technically complex projects
- Strong financial, contractual, scheduling, and subcontractor-management capabilities
- General contractor/design-build background strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred
- Ability to travel or accept project assignments as required
Data center experience is highly valuable, although candidates with comparable experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, aviation, industrial, healthcare, or other technically demanding construction sectors are encouraged to apply.
