- Oversee quality control, inspections, and punch list completion
- Partner with the Project Manager on RFIs, submittals, change management, and document control
- Maintain clean, organized job sites that reflect the company's standards
- 7+ years of GC field experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent
- Proven ability to run ground-up and mid-sized commercial projects
- Strong working knowledge of multiple product types, trades, and means/methods
- Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or P6 (schedule reading/updating), MS Office, and Docu Sign
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
- OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain);
First Aid/CPR preferred - Strong leadership presence — able to hold subs accountable while keeping the job collaborative
- Resourceful, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Full-time on-site presence in active construction environments
- Regular walking of 1–2 miles per day; climbing stairs, ladders, and scaffolding
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs (and more as the job requires)
- Full-time travel to project sites across the country
