Class A Office TI Superintendent

Lead Superintendent

A top local General Contractor is looking to add a Lead Superintendent to their team. This position will be in charge of and leading diverse Class A Office Tenant Improvements. These projects range from $100K up to $20M.

Qualifications:

• Over 2 years leading Class A Office TI projects as an acting Superintendent
• Lead daily meeting with the entire crew
• Hire, train, manage those underneath you
• Follow drawings and approved plans

This position is for a well established General Contractor that has repeat business and a good standing in the industry.
