Construction Project Manager II – Mission Critical

• Administer assigned projects, including specific phases of project management under supervision
• Work with schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports
• Participate in owner/client sales presentations
• Participate in design development, budget preparation, and project scheduling
• Share job cost responsibility with the supervising PM or Division Manager and keep the supervisor informed
• Prepare and control budgets, schedules, and bid documents under supervision
• Negotiate and award subcontracts
• Help prepare profit projections
• Help conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports
• Conduct project close-out duties, including final cost, punch list, final billing, and final collection of fees

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management
• At least 6+ years of proven experience in the Mission Critical industry
• Able and willing to travel for projects
• Proven knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems
• Thorough understanding of early turnover dates and mission critical commissioning processes
• Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures process
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other management tools
• Position requires verification of employment to work in the U.S.
• Proactive and effective communication, customer focus, professionalism, honesty, and integrity

Demonstrates expertise in project management within the Mission Critical industry, including budget preparation, scheduling, and MEP systems. Proficient in utilizing management tools like Procore and P6 while maintaining effective communication and customer focus.
