We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced Permanent Superintendent to join our growing construction team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who is passionate about construction and is looking to take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to implementation. You will be working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

• 1. Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
• 2. Coordinate and supervise multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously, ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• 3. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• 4. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• 5. Ensure project stays within budget and on schedule, making adjustments as necessary.
• 6. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to standards and regulations.
• 7. Address issues or delays in construction promptly and efficiently.
• 8. Ensure all safety guidelines and procedures are followed strictly at all times.
• 9. Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.

• 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction superintendent role.
• 2. Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing construction projects.
• 3. Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously.
• 4. Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• 5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• 6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly.
• 7. Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• 8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• 9. High level of physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• 10. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
