We are seeking a qualified Construction Manager or Superintendent with extensive experience in data centers, mission-critical projects, and HVAC or electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction sites, working with contractors and sub-contractors, and overseeing complex infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities- Manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and project stakeholders
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- 10+ years of experience as a construction manager or superintendent
- Over 5 years of experience with data centers or mission-critical infrastructure
- HVAC/Cooling System and/or Electrical background
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field
