THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll provide leadership across multiple projects while serving as a mentor and resource for Pavilion's project teams. You'll help build high-performing teams, develop construction professionals, and drive successful project outcomes.

This role combines project leadership with people development. You'll use your construction experience to guide teams, solve complex challenges, strengthen client relationships, and positively impact project performance and profitability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Provide leadership and oversight across multiple construction projects and project teams
  • Lead complex projects while monitoring schedule, budget, quality, and overall performance
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other project team members
  • Assess team strengths and development opportunities and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Help assign project teams based on project needs, experience, and individual development
  • Serve as a technical, strategic, and procedural resource for project teams
  • Identify project risks and guide teams toward timely, effective solutions
  • Monitor project profitability and drive decisions that support strong financial performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of construction professionals
  • Promote consistency, accountability, and Pavilion standards across project teams
  • Partner with regional and company leadership to support operational and business goals
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • 8+ years of construction experience with multifamily, senior housing, hospitality, or similar projects
  • 5+ years of experience performing the responsibilities of a Project Manager or equivalent role
  • Experience leading projects valued at $15M+
  • Renovation experience; historical renovation experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple projects, teams, and priorities
  • Strong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, cost management, and project delivery
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop construction professionals
  • Strong business judgment with an understanding of project profitability and client experience
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, estimating, and scheduling software
  • A leadership approach centered on accountability, collaboration, and developing others
